The Gracie Barra Kids and Teens Program was created to provide children and teens ages 3-13 with an environment that allows them to experience and understand core values like focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation and respect.
The program is split by age:
3-5 years of age: GBKids program - Little Champions 1
6-12 years of age: GBKids program - Little Champions 2
The Gracie Barra Mixed Classes in Gi teaches the best self-defence skills and also members will experience a deeper involvement in GB's philosophy, a stronger bond with training partners as well as more discipline and commitment to healthy habits that keep them in good shape. We offer Fundamental and Advance Classes.

No-gi jiu-jitsu is increasing in popularity worldwide, especially in self-defence and MMA application.
While most of the principles of jiu-jitsu are shared between gi and no-gi, those grapplers looking to have a complete jiu-jitsu game should spend some time training no-gi specific techniques in addition to the regular gi classes and trained whilst wearing a rash guard, spats and shorts.
